These terms apply when you use the Supapower app or this website. By creating an account, you agree to them.
Supapower records audio, converts it to text, and uses AI to produce summaries, decisions and action items. It is a convenience tool, not an official record-keeping or legal transcription service.
You need an account to use Supapower. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. You must be 18 or older.
This is the most important obligation in these terms.
Recording laws vary between countries and between Indian states. Complying with them is your responsibility, not ours. We are not liable for recordings you make without the necessary permission.
Don't use Supapower to:
We may suspend or close an account that does these things.
Transcription and note generation are automated and will sometimes be wrong. Names get misheard, numbers get mangled, meaning gets flattened, and languages get confused — especially with crosstalk, accents, poor audio or heavy code-switching.
Do not rely on Supapower's output as the sole record of anything that matters — a contract, a commitment, a financial figure or a legal position. Check the transcript before you act on a note. We make no warranty that output will be accurate or complete.
You keep ownership of your recordings, transcripts and notes. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your content, send it to our transcription and AI providers for processing, and show it back to you. We do not use your content for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models.
We try to keep Supapower running, but we don't promise uninterrupted service. Features may change, and parts of the service may be suspended for maintenance or withdrawn. The app depends on third-party providers, and their outages can become ours.
You can delete your account at any time from the app, which removes your transcripts and notes. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop operating the service.
To the extent the law allows, Supapower is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or anything arising from a decision made on the basis of inaccurate AI output or from a recording you were not entitled to make. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Supapower after that means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
